Wine and Cheese Appreciation Evening - 8 August 2006

The UTS Alumni and Development Office presents the second Wine and Cheese Appreciation Evening for 2006 on Tuesday 8 August. A Winemaster from the Wine Society will take guests through a series of red and white wines from some of Australia’s premium wine growing regions. Specially selected cheeses will compliment each wine.

Tasting notes will be provided to each guest on the night.

Time: 6.00pm – 8.00pm

Venue: Sky Room, level 9, Blacket Hotel, 70 King Street, Sydney

Cost: $35.00 per person, guests welcome
